PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: NT    -BAB     V9.01    -     SERVICE    PACK     2
                     ----------------------------------------------------
                     This Service  Pack is  for all  supported languages
                     (English,  French,  German,  Italian, Japanese, and
                     Simplified Chinese),  and will  bring BAB  v9.01 to
                     Build 2200.

                     A list of all fixes included in this Service  Pack,
                     can  be  found  in  the readme_<Language>.html file
                     included in this update.

                     If  you  use  the  floppy-based  Disaster  Recovery
                     method  for  a  Windows  2000 server after applying
                     BrightStor  ARCserve  Backup  9.01  Service  Pack 1
                     (rather than using the more efficient CD  recovery)
                     please refer to  the readme_<Language>.html file  (
                     the  Disaster  Recovery  section)  on how to update
                     your installation.

PROBLEM RESOLUTION:  Follow the instructions below:
The following PREREQS must be applied before applying this fix:
V9.01

This fix Supersedes the  following :
QO65196

This fix requires BrightStor ARCserve Backup version 9.01 to be
installed.

1. Before applying this fix, please backup the files contained in
the BrightStor ARCserve Backup directory.

2. Run the self extracting executable of the desired language (For
example - for the English version run BAB901-SP2-ENGLISH.exe)

3. By default, the extracted files will be placed at C:\BAB901_SP2\

4. Run the extracted file, BAB901WSP2*.exe, to begin Service Pack 2
installation.

*** Please Note *** The extracted DRUpdate*.* files are only needed
for floppy based Disaster Recoveries - please refer to the enclosed
readme for additional information.
